Your order will be dispatched through India Post (primarily) and any other logistics providers suggested by you for your convenience. You are liable for any additional shipping cost that incurs above the base shipping costs given below,
Northern India – Rs. 55 < 1 kg and above Rs 60 for each kg
Southern India – Rs 35 < 1 kg and above Rs 50 for each kg

IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE FOR SOME REASON, WE’RE HERE TO HELP.
You have 7 working days to raise a return request via email stating the reason for an item from the date you received it. Please return the package in original condition to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase that is your Order ID/Invoice communicated to your email registered with us.
REFUND: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.Allow7 working days for refund amount to be credited in your bank account from which payment has been made in our site during purchase of the item.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at complaints@terrabean.in
SHIPPING: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-¬refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
